Oklute — Money has not been refunded and the service was aslo not given

They have taken first 2500 from me the service actual and they haven’t told me also that i have to pay security deposit of 12500 i then also tried my level best to give them the half amount 6250 then they are saying that services will not be provided and they haven’t refunded me the money also please kindly refund it’s my hard earned money
