I have ordered some groceries (milk, curd, cheese etc ) on 02.04.22 at 10AM.
There were 8 items, that I have placed an order, & out of 8, one product was wrong, 1 was expired & 2 was nearing expiry. So I have returned the full order to delivery agent (Subham- [protected]).
But I didn't receive any further communication from ola store/ refund the amount & after contacting ola, they are asking for evidence.
If I didn't accept the order, can anybody please let me know, how can I provide them the evidence? Was this information helpful? |
