Ordered few items from OLA Dash today.
One of which was Madhur fine grain Sugar.
But they delivered another Sugar packet, i just wanted a replacement. I even told the same to delivery person at the time of delivery but as he was not aware pf anything I thought it’ll be sorted after discussion with customer service.
After raising same with customer service they said they are taking this on priority but after 4-5 hours they called and said that they dont have return or refund policy.
Even if it’s just about 295₹ packet, they should just have a common sense. How anyone can even ask me to pay for the things which i haven’t ordered. Was this information helpful? |
