Our ola electric vehicle is idle from past 1 month the main issue is that the sparkles have been seen from the motor while accelerating the vehicle and also vibration is noticed at the same time and its a serious issue.
I have registered many complaints regarding the same issue several times through mails and also contacted the customer care as well but then also till now we haven't received any call for servicing. Everytime custome care said that they have registered the complaint in priority list and you will receive the call in 24/42 hours. But same thing we didn't received any call from technician and the cycle of complaining and waiting for call is going on from past 1 month. Was this information helpful? |
