Ola Electric S1X+ Frequent breakdown of vehicle

Hello, i have purchased OLA S1x+ on 13th March 2024. Scooter is completely dead with handle locked condition on 5th Apr within 20 days from the purchase date, after a big struggle road side assistance left my new scooter in home. After multiple calls and emails follow up, they have taken the scooter to service center on 11th Apr. In service center they told that its a known issue of OLA S1x+, they remove and insert the plug to reboot the vehicle which is in trunk. They also told that it’s happening when some two wires touch in front panel and they permanently fixed it by tag some thread to a wire. But again while taking the scooter to home on the same day scooter got broke down. When i called customer care again no proper response. Still my issue is not fixed. 2 times break down within 20 days of purchasing and on top of it pathetic service and no permanent resolution. They cant even replace the vehicle or refund the amount - such a pathetic service

Regarding getting my vehicle serviced
It's been 25 days since I gave my scooter for service, there is no responsibility from the service center and they said that the battery is compliant and needs to be replaced. It's been eight months since I bought the vehicle.

Our ola electric vehicle is idle from past 1 month the main issue is that the sparkles have been seen from the motor while accelerating the vehicle and also vibration is noticed at the same time and its a serious issue.

I have ordered centre stand for my ola s1 pro on 21st June from the ola app and payment was also deducted from my account but currently it is showing payment confirmation pending. I have complain too many times by mail or phone but they are saying my ola support team are working on it we will keep you updated and also saying please share more details about the issue.

1. After one week of receiving it and 24 kms of running the seat lock (they call it the “boot “! ) decided to lock or unlock at its free will. My complaint lodged on 8th April was attended on 18th April and it took 15 minutes for the technician who came for the job. After another 4 days on 22nd April the same lock decided not to open again, come what may! I complained again on 22nd April and am waiting for the response (in terms of action, not just email)
2. On 4th May the digital display decided not to turn ON. You can’t unlock the scooter without entering the Passcode and for that you need the touchscreen display ON. Customer service was called and they took the RSA, Road Side Assistance supervisor on conference call. At 11 AM I was promised that they would tow the scooter to workshop in an hour as they had these towing vehicles placed at multiple locations. Finally the scooter was towed away at 5:12 PM on 4th May.
3. After plenty of emails and phone calls today 6th May at 8 PM, I am still unable to get confirmation from the company that the scooter has reached their repair facility, wherever that is (a well guarded secret)
It’s time someone knowledgeable about the due process of law, took the initiative to sue the company, Ola Electric, of criminal liability.
