My electric scooty after scarce usage within a couple of months had broken down and it is in warranty as well as Ola care plus membership. Scooty was taken by Ola partner to tow vehicle to service centre almost 15 days back. Post pick up till today’s, I have not received any update or call from Ola side regarding update on scooty. I have called customer care centre multiple times and the agents are clueless and useless . Biggest mistake to buy Ola scooty and it’s Ola care plus plan. Money making gimmick and a big scam. I am a serving officer in Indian Defence Force and this issue has caused a lot of inconvenience and trouble to self. Hope they are pulled up and act responsibly. Was this information helpful? |
