[Resolved] Ola Money — amount has been deducted but the transaction status is indicated as failed | |||
A payment of rs.2452.09 to payu-global was made on 04.11.2018 at 1.32 pm. The transaction id is drc8-kme2-na6h. The amount has been deducted but the transaction status is indicated as failed. It may be noted the same complained has already been emailed to you on 04.11.2018 and vide your email dated 04.11.2018 (Ticket id : 1232329) you had assured to resolve the matter in two working days. But is now six days and there is no update from ola money. I hope ola money will give some priority to my complaint and arrange to refund the money as i have to make payment for the registration fee of one exam. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
