[Resolved]  Ola Money — amount not credited in ola money account

Hi, on Saturday, 28 Apr 2018, I had added Rs.500 from my bank account to ola money using netbanking.
Even though the transaction had been completed from the bank's end, the money is not credited in my ola money. The transaction tab is not showing any failed transaction either. There has been no response from the Ola customer care even after trying to contact them.
Kindly look into the matter AEAP. Let us know if you know any input from my end.
