Ola Money — billing for ride not undertaken | |||
I had been intimated that an amount of Rs. 3, 000/- plus is due against mobile No [protected]. I would like to inform that I have not booked any ride of this bill amount. I would also like to seek clarification as to why the bill amount was not collected by the driver from the person who undertook the ride. I would like to reconfirm that I have not utilised this ride. I am getting repeated recorded messages from Ola Customer Care. I have also spoken to Ola Customer representatives when they had called me with regard to this bill and I had clarified that I had not undertaken this ride. But still no action taken and simply being harassed by repeated messages/recorded messages. It is once again reiterated to take necessary action and remove this unwarranted demand.
