I am writing to inform my grievance against the unprofessional and inconvenience caused by the OLA Cabs service provider. I had booked the cab for the 28th March for Mumbai Airport drop. During the travel which started at 6:43 AM in the morning, the car broke down within 32 minutes, I was in the Pune City, somewhere near Tathavade area. The driver demanded to pay money by asking for end OTP and was extremely arrogant, I paid the money through OLA postpaid wallet. I tried calling the OLA service number I was connected to the safety helpline where the lady transferred my phone to the customer care, when the call got transferred to the customer care, the customer care IVR said it is outside working hours and the call got dropped. Post this, I took the photograph of the car break down and the car ride and immediate wrote an email to the OLA support team which is [protected]@olacabs.com. The ticket number for the same is #[protected]. Kindly note till date I haven't received any reply from them regarding the incident. I have been receiving emails and SMS to pay the outstanding amount. I also received calls regarding the outstanding payment and I reported this incident to escalate internally. Till date there has been no action. I have always paid all of my previous dues on time in full amount. Attached are the screenshots for your reference. I kindly request the consumer forum team to take strict action against the OLA team and also to ensure this does not hit my CIBIL score in any way.
