Ola Money — Charged twice ,Postpaid charges taken and cash paid too

I availed ola mini- White Xcent service on Jan 2nd for some friends, On
completion of journey, money was debited from ola postpaid.My friends
were unaware of this and paid cash too which the driver accepted.In short, we were charged double.I am now receiving messages that i need to
pay the dues to ola postpaid or be charged a fine after 9th Jan.I have already mailed my complain but have not received any reply about the issue apart from acknowlegements.Plz sort this out asap.I am also attaching screenshots of my complaint.
