Dear sir/ Madam,
For the last more than 20 days receiving message demanding payment of Rs.550/-. regarding an invoice for Rs.424/-.
The ride in question was from Prashant Vihar to Krishi Bhavan CRN No. [protected]. In this context I wish to submit that:
1. I never consented for any Ola account (post paid). Request to deactivate if any.
2. All the payments are made in cash to the driver. On that particular day the driver did not get the bill detail at the end of the journey for internet issue. He collected the payment Rs.430/- as per message for Rs.424/- at the time of booking.
3. I have never used ola post paid facility and paid all the dues to the driver in cash at the end of the journey.
4. All my complaints and messages to Olamoney & ola support in this context proved futile. The ticket no. given are[protected]th June) and[protected]th June) respectively. No resolution till date.
5. All your customer care service (Executives) are useless. The only know to make demand and do not patience to listen to the customer.
I have responded to all your communique but no reply or resolution till date.
It is my humble request to resolve this undesired demand for double payment and close my post paid account if any.

Sir,
The above message is of 11th June and I am constantly writing to ola money to resolve.
I have written to nodal officer, olasupport, OlaMoney but no action.
All custom care calls attended but immediately cut by operators as soon as we start saying something. Call records can be checked
I never asked for post paid account. How it is opened without my consent. No reply.
The amount is too small for me to be paid. But it is a matter of wrong demand and dictates fir payment only with threatening messages.
Looking forward to redress and an amicable resolution
