[Resolved]  Ola Money — Continuous harassment for payment of a ride that was never booked or not done by me !!

A ride done by someone else started showing up in the account and random people started harassing through whatsapp and calls for the payment of Rs 206.

Threats are like people coming home to collect money, will block all bank accounts etc..

On the date ola is claming the trip has done inside bangalore we were not even in the city and it can be easily proven, with all travel documents and toll receipts etc. Even after mentioning all these the customer care people keeps harassing with threats like going to file case, going to freeze bank accounts etc..

i have no objection in paying even in thousands if i owe it to ola, but you cant cheat people by claiming money for rides they havent even done. you cant cheat customers and make them pay for flaws in your system.

Ticket No:[protected], they keeps closing this ticket raised by me, saying the ride is showing in account i have to pay for it. Keeps whatsapping and calling from random numbers with threats now.

I don't think they have any resolution, somebody called yesterday and the solution is the same, we have to pay as it's showing up as a completed ride in the account. And I don't think it's fair to pay money for a service you have never taken.

Looks like keeping an ola account with post-pay activated was a mistake as this app looks vulnerable and unsafe.
