My trip was overcharged, by 600 estimated is only 300-return balance amount to OLA wallet, i updated kyc details and uploaded docs-KYC updates from OLA- says agent will come for doc. verification, 10 days over no agent came to meet me, balance is showing as zero, pl return the money my lawyer will serve a legal notice after giving a waiting period of 1 week from today. so return money, +2 photos Was this information helpful? Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 26, 2019 Updated by Gandhi Texas Ola driver said we do not do document verification, so transfer the cash to ola money, hurry up !! else sue i will take to court there are many sufferers like me
