I had to pay extra for 2 trips taken on 5th july 2022 & 1 cancellation charge from drivers side on 6th July 2022. I had informed ola and i was assured refund. After 10days i had mailed them that i have not received the refund. I was asked to provide them the bank statement. After that again i mailed them and was assured the refund. I received a call that i will be given the refund when i mailed saying i am complaining to consumer forum. But no written sms or mail regarding refund from them. Again after 1 week when i asked them they are asking for bank statement. Aug 15, 2022 Updated by Sagar Shriyan I got a reply from them asking for bank statement...this is the 3rd time i am sending them the statement and it has been 2 weeks since i have sent it...again no reply or refund... This is just a loop..if this portal is also not able to help then what is rhe use... Companies like ola will keep looting consumers!
