[Resolved]  Ola Money — Gross wrong reporting of ola money postpaid account in cibil by abfl & ola money

Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of October by 28 Days ????!!! Is this a Joke ?

In fact I cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account LXW-M[protected] late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ??

I have attached all payments screenshots and the CIBIL report as well to prove that I have never ever been late with my payments on Ola Money postpaid+ by even 1 day let alone 28 days !!!

Why have ABFL / Ola Postpaid+ reported the account LXW-M[protected] late by 28 days in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score ? This is sheer carelessness on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as me as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine & my home loan has got rejected due to this error in reporting from your end !!

This is the second time in 2021 that this has error in reporting for loan LXW-M[protected] happened, first time was in February 2021 where again a late payment was reported erroneously and then removed, pulling my CIBIL Score down for the longest time and now again in the month of October ???

Do ABFL your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ?

Do you realize this is gross Misconduct playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??

Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and error in reporting through sheer callousness !!

I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW-M[protected] REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report time & again by sheer callousness and negligence !!

The DPD (Days Past Due) for the month of October 2021 should immediately be changed from "28" to "0", as "28" in the DPD section suggests that I have been late with my October payment by 28 days. I have also highlighted that in the CIBIL report itself attached in the email I have sent.

This late payments have been removed from CIBIL by ABFL (Ola Money’s lending partner) and I have promised that the late payments from Experian, CRIF & Equifax will removed in 7-15 days. It’s resolved for now.
Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Same thing happened with me. They reported late payment for the month of September. Even though I reported this 2 months ago, they haven't rectified it. How did you get it corrected the first time?

Keep emailing with the loan id number to [email protected]. Make sure you chase this up every 4-5 days. Take to twitter if necessary until they remove that. That’s what I did in February. However it’s a SHAME that such a big corporate like ABFL is playing with our credit profile like this and should be reported to Banking Ombudsman as others too might be a victim of this without even knowing !! Keep mailing them till they remove / rectify the late payment !!
