Ola Money — Incorrect Ola Money Overdue _Loan account number LXW-M[protected]

Loan account number LXW-M[protected] is shown in my CIBIL report as overdue for the month of Dec'22

My overall limit of Ola postpaid is only INR 25, 000 as per my understanding in OLA App and no overdue till date.

For a couple of months I have not even used ola postpaid also but still it is showing as overdue in CIBIL for the month of December'22 which is impacting my CIBIL report badly .

upon verifying the bank statement we already paid all our dues on time

I have raised complaint in CIBIL, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd and Ola Money, unfortunately there is no resolution yet.
