I had recharged my ola money account (Tel no [protected]) on 16.10.17, two times with rs 1999 each. The amount credited to ola money was only once but twice the money was debited from my card.
Bank has confirmed that both transaction were successful and have given the transaction details asking me to get in touch with merchant. Mail from bank is reproduced below
Quote"we understand from your mail that you have certain reservations regarding the aforesaid transaction. We would like to confirm that the transaction have been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis the instruction received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed to your card account are given below for your reference.

In this regard, we request you to take this mail as a proof to the merchant confirming the transactions were successfully processed to your card account and also request the merchant to liase with the bank for further clarification. Incase, you still have any clarification, we request you to revert to us with recent dated confirmation from the merchant validating that they are not in receipt of the payment towards the aforesaid transactions to enable us do the needful.
