[Resolved] Ola Money — money deducted but not confirmed merchant

I have ordered a gift from giftease.com today.Payment done by ola money. Through paybiz payment gateway.2times 199 rupees deducted seperatly from my accouny but confirmation not recievd by merchant.There are 2 transactions and 2 diff transaction ids.1.DOVB-VH9U-6D01
2.DOVB-VO9U-WC4K Pls solve this issue.photos added to the complaint.pls let me knw if my order is placed on that site or not.If not then pls refundmy money
