[Resolved] Ola Money — money deducted from account but not added to ola money

I am rashi jha from banglore. I am daily user of ola cab i tried to add rs230 in my ola money today, money has been deducted from my account but the money has not been added to my ola money.. I tried to talk to customer care also but they are not responding... Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and add give my money back to my account
