[Resolved]  Ola Money — Money deducted from Ola Money account but Recharge not done

I had Rs.640 in my Ola Money Account. I wanted to do a mobile recharge for my wife and tried using the Ola Money app for this purpose. I entered the mobile number and Rs.599 as the amount for which I wanted the recharge. I did not get any confirmation stating that the recharge was done, nor the mobile number was recharged. While I contacted Ola regarding this through an email, they first asked me to check with the service provider. I replied stating that the recharge was not done. Then they said they have credited the money back to my Ola Money Account. But that is not reflecting either. I have been repeatedly following up with them for the last couple of days, but I am not getting any reply from them.
