Ola Money — money has been deducted from bank but not showing in ola money

I had recharged for about 200 rupees from my bank account to ola money on 23rd december around 23:45. The money has been deducted from the bank account but it is not showing in ola money. I had got otp for the same and was verified. After that the money was debited from my account and was not updated in my ola account. So i would kindly request you to refund the money or update in ola money asap.

4th September, 2017 a fraud person call me and take my bank parsonal detail.Then 4999/- was debit from your wed sight.I also complane police station cyber crime branch if you help me then fraud person was catch easyly and my money was return.my passbook print was given bellow.please help me
