Ola Money — money paid but ola says no

On the 17 th of oct i have cleared the ola dues of rs 435 from my bank and ola says no and they are not clearing the dues i have the bank print out with me and i have also mailed them the attachment and also called them several times and thy are denying this now i want to know wht to do as its a case of cheating by ola and i wnt to lodge a case of compensation on this pls help me now

Just now I added an amount rs 100 in my olamoney account through netbanking, but the balance still remain rs 0 in ola money account, though the transaction was sucessful. Kindly look into the matters at your earliest, and credit amount, or reverse it to me .
