[Resolved] Ola Money — money refund not done by ola | |||
I booked share cab initially i failed to initiate cash option i. E ola money after booking i added money ola wallet since when pickup was accepted money deducted driver didn't intimated that he is reflecting cash option on his device but my amount was debited from wallet after drop driver offers me cash of 55 rs which was additional to me though i had payed by wallet since i tried to reach ola but the didn't got any customer care no to me tried reaching through mail but it's of no use. And the same thing i'm doing multiple at that time none of the driver offers me fir cash ola should take care of this drivers are asking for money after amount deduction. From ola money. Im added money from credit card of Rs. 2, 000/- to oly money but its not showing the balance amount in ola and i couldn't withdraw or trf to bank account also kindly solve this problem
