I took a ride on 9th Jan with CRN:[protected] and was charged extra money of Rs.206. When I complaint they refunded 117 rupees but my 89 rupees are still not refunded and they are lying about technical issue and sending mail about the same. They say they refunded complete 206 amount in Ola money but I am attaching screenshot that I have not reviewed any money in my Ola money wallet as well. Neither my left over amount rupees 89 and nor any mail has been received and the customer representatives are fooling me from last 6 days. Kindly assist.
