[Resolved] Ola Money — no response | |||
Since last 2 month's my ola money account has been blocked. On 16th july, i transferred rs.999/- from my bank account to wallet. The amount was debited to my account but not credited to wallet. I have written many mails. Each time i get reply that the amount will be credited to my wallet in 1 working day. Nothing happens!! I am at the end of patience. Wallet linked to my mobile no. Verified Support Sep 11, 2018 Ola Money Customer Care's response We are in process of providing evidence in order to contest the chargeback claim.Until this claim is settled, your account will be temporarily suspended, as per Ola Money powered by Zipcash’s terms and condition under the clauses 4 (VI) and 19 (III). We request you to write to back to us on [protected]@zipcash.in with the bank confirmation mail of the chargeback release. Post which, your Ola Money a/c will be released. | |||
