I have submitted all the documents for kyc verification on last week. Thereafter, there has been no response from ola money. I'm not able to transfer the amount also. The money is stuck in the app. Please do the needful as soon as possible and provide information to my registered mobile no or email. My ticket id is 605509. Thanking you,

Really pathetic service ...I m also sending them repeated mails and their contact number never works...however I have made a file against them and ready to lodge a complaint also in consumer forem.
