[Resolved]  Ola Money — Ola Money amount debited but still showing dues not cleared

I paid rs 427 for ola money postpaid on 15th of September 2021 still showing dues of rs 427
Amount of rs 427 has already been debited from my a/c. I am here by attaching the screenshot as a proof.
There is no customer support where i could discuss this problem.

Updated by pa18yadav its been three days any still no reply of my mail and complaint, how ridicule's and irresponsible they are.
Never ever use ola money guys, they are looting people's money.

Yes you just generate ticket is, in which you replied that wait for 24 hours, after that you are not replying your mail, no solution given by you. Kindly check your mail. Problem couldn’t be marked solved only just creating ticket id.
So don’t play smart to write here my ticket id, what’s the point if you are not replying of my mail or not giving me proper solution.
