[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money not credited in account

Hi sir/ma'am My debit card was charged twice but only rs800 money was credited in ola money once. I have transaction details showing two charges. I asked the team to look into it but the matter has not been resolved. They agree on issue but keep buying time it's been more than 2 weeks. Please resolve. I had OLA money balance of Rs 200.00 in my OLA account with mobile number [protected]. I did not use OLA form that account for long as the mobile number was with my father. However the OLA money balance disappeared from that account.
Please help in getting the balance credited back to the account.
