I have an outstanding amount of OlaMoney postpaid unnecessarily. My last ride through Ola cab was on November 6th, 2020. I was not aware that Ola postpaid is activated in my account. As soon as the ride was over, I paid the driver through Google Pay. I have proofs of the payment which I have mailed the Ola support team multiple times.
They respond to my mails on updating the ticket but they don't update it at all. It's been so many weeks and I get mails, sms and calls notifications everyday a million times to clear my dues.
When I tell the customer care, they ask me to mail the support team and slam the calls as if I am pleading them to lend me money.
If this ticket does not get updated, I will file a complaint on this for fraud.
