Ola Money — Ola Money Postpaid showing wrong due amount.

On 18th April 2022 I availed Ola car service. the date and time along with CRN details are as follows

even though I paid the driver for this ride I am getting Ola Money postpaid calls to clear my due.

Kindly check the payment status and resolve this issue.

Updated by nileshmahaja The complaint is showing resolved, but I can still see Rs 382 due in my Ola app Ola money section.
