[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money recharge not getting reflected _ 9th july | |||
I did an ola money recharge of rs.599 and the amount got debited from the bank, but got a failure notice from ola money. I contact the support and they said the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. This happened on 9th july 2018. Since then i am following up with the customer care and they keep telling the standard answer, wait for 2 more days and amount will be credited in the ola money. Today again when i followed up the customer care executive named pramod said that i can reach out to any forum and that they will not help me with the issue. No wonder people are not happy with ola's customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||

As of now nothing has been done, have been following up with the team since a month and they give the same standard answer that the amount will be refunded by end of the day.
