[Resolved]  Ola Money — ola money transaction failed

I tried to recharge ola money ₹599 on 24th feb 2019 at 11.30pm, amount got debited from my account but not received in ola money. Transaction got failed.
Could you please check and refund it to my bank account.
Could you please tell me when i can get money back.
This is first time i am recharging ola money and first transaction is failed which gives highly disappointed.
