I am a regular user of Ola Postpaid + and recently my limit has been increased to Rs. 12000. But I am unable to use the Postpaid plus feature on the Zomato or any other app recently. Previously, I was able to use it but since few days whenever I click Ola Postpaid + as the payment option it says that "You are not eligible for Ola Postpaid +".
In ola app, I am not able to see any dues as well
I had dropped a lot of mails to [protected]@zipcash.in but there is no response.
I had been using ola postpaid for a very long time and never missed my due payment and never paid a late fee also. But now I am not able to use it and my credit score dropped by more than a 100 points because of Ola money and not sure what is the reason. Was this information helpful? |
I already wrote a mail from my registered account and got a response saying that I don't have an account. That email ID from which I had dropped a mail is clearly visible in my app.
