[Resolved]  Ola Money — Ola money wallet not available for user

I cannot able to use my olamoney wallet balance. I am getting error ola money wallet is not available for user. Kindly check and resolve the issue. Already I have raised several tickets for the same issue but no one has gave me the proper solution. Without giving proper solution customer support team is closing the ticket. I have been keep on following up for the same issue for past one week. Kindly resolve this issue or else I want to close my olamoney wallet.

Since 6 Jan 2022, I have sent so many mails to ola support but so far I didn't get proper support/solution. Kindly close my wallet and credit the available balance Rs.2, 641/- to my bank account.
