Withdrawal tab was disabled from my ola money app they told to do the kyc verification i submitted my documents on 17th June, 2018 today is 19th June, 2018 but my kyc documents are still in process i didnt get anykind of information from ola support so kindly enable my withdrawal tab asap in my ola money app as i need to withdraw my cash stuck in the ola money account

Greetings for the day!

We understand your concern regarding updating KYC with us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that, based on RBI guidelines, its mandatory to complete Aadhaar based full KYC in order to avail bank transfers and wallet to wallet transfer facilities.

Currently, there is a temporary suspension on enrollment for availing the Aadhaar KYC services from Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), but you can still enjoy using your Ola Money Wallet for your cab rides, mobile recharges and other utility bill payments upto ₹ 10, 000 per month.

Further, kindly note that, you can make your ride payments through credit card / debit card or UPI payment mode post consumption of the month limit of ₹ 10, 000 per month.
