Prime suv rental white enjoy, driver name mote mallesham, after taking a trip for a km found the car condition is too bad to take risk. Thus requested driver to cancel the trip. He argued though and finally cancelled the trip as finished resulting in demanding for entire trip cost of rs. 2166. But i took ola support call and informed the actual condition of the car but they never cared for the same and were sympathetic about driver and asked me to pay whatsoever possible to driver in cash so as to finish the service for this case. I have paid the driver for rs. 200/- with not taking any service however out of moral thought. Whereas ola is responsible in arranging an appropriate vehicle and to do proper check of the vehicle before arranging a vehicle to customer otherwise for such case ola should bare expenses of whatsoever along with re changing the vehicle. Further to this the interiors of the vehicle is to bad, uncleaned floor, uncleaned seats and also vobling vehicle during the drive. The trip i planned for 8 hours as i needed to attend a function in taranaka, hyderabad from nallakunta along with my family of 6 members. So i felt not to mind with the interior as it is last minute call. But when we took the drive, immediately after a km drive the condition of the vehicle made me to change my decision in travelling in the vehicle thus i requested driver to cancel the trip.
Though i have a santro xing, it was difficult going with six people in the car, but i took pain in going in my santro car with 6 members which was though odd but i had no other choice with such provision for me from ola. Kindly do justice for such action by ola and its driver for demanding me a charge without service. Was this information helpful? |
