[Resolved] Ola Money — ola postpaid failed payment not refunded

Ola Postpaid payment fails and I am getting an email from the ola support team for a refund. But almost one month over I am not getting refund amount. For reference, Please find below mail from the support team.

Your attempt to clear Ola Money Postpaid dues was not successful. We have initiated a refund. It should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days. If you still face any issues, try making your payment here.
