Ola Money — Paid by cash, but app shows pending payment

I have taken ola cab on september 21th 2021 i have paid in cash 537rs but it still shows payment is due in app... contact: [protected]

I don't find an option in the Ola app to register a complaint about the same. I don't really know why it's so difficult to solve a simple issue.
