[Resolved] Ola Money — payment not done by me

Got a mail saying that you have made payment of rs 1000 from ola postpaid for rural clap merchant thru razor zap
I have never made this payment even i don’t know anything about rural clap then why will i send money to them
N also dint receive any otp for doing the transaction has asked by ola customer care people
I have contacted them several times but no reply
I have not done n i really won’t clear this due
