I have been using Ola Postpaid for more than 1 year. I never requested to close my Ola postpaid account.
I recieved an email from customer care agent Darppan Thakur that my Ola postpaid account is closed. I am very disappointed about this.
I sent many emails asking then to restore back my account but the customer care agent said that the account can't be restored. My account has been closed due to your error.
Now since the account is closed, I had requested for the NOC. I have written several emails for more than 2 months but none have addressed my issue yet. I am frustrated after writing several emails for 2 months and not getting any solution.
I request that you either restore my account back or send me the NOC immediately.
