[Resolved] Ola Money — recharge failed but bank account debited twice

On 8/11/2017, i had tried to recharge ola money with rs. 300 from my bank account, using net banking. My bank got debited, with the transaction ref no. Igacihzbn7, but ola money did not get recharged. The claims say that i'll get a refund within 8-10 days, but this is the second time i am facing this issue where i got no refund. On 12/10/2017, for transaction ref. No. Igacejvjj0, my bank got debited for rs. 60, using netbanking again, but ola money did not get recharged, neither did i get a refund. My previous month electricity bill has still not yet been paid. I paid the same through ola money last month and the transaction was confirmed. Called customer complaint number and got no response. Pathetic service.
