[Resolved] Ola Money — recharge failed, money debited from bank account not credited back | |||||
I tried to recharge my Ola money wallet on 15 July 2018 for Rs.1000 which failed, for Rs.200 on 18 July 2018 which failed and for Rs.500 on 29 July 2018 which failed again. I had raised multiple complaints for the first two transactions but now even after 17 days of the failed transactions, my money has not been refunded back. They kept asking for 2 more working days again and again but neither recharged my ola wallet nor refunded the amount till date. Again, trusting them, I tried to recharge my ola money wallet with Rs.500 yesterday but alas! again the same fate. Now my Rs.1700 are stuck with them (transaction references attached). I am not going to use Ola again ever. It's a total disaster recharging with them. I could have saved or utilized my hard earned money at a rather better place. Was this information helpful? | |||||
