Ola Money — Recharge Not Done money was deducted from ola money app

Dear Team, Today I have initiated a recharge of Rs 249 On mobile number [protected]( Idea cellular) from ola money app, but till now I didn't get the recharge on same number, Please look into this, please provide the fix as soon as possible Ola money account number is[protected] and email is lagrawal.[protected]@gmail.com I have already drop an email to your support team, one week passed but I didnt get any reply from your team, my ticket ID is (22328) Regards Lavekush Agrawal Mobile: [protected] Email: lagrawal.[protected]@gmail

Sir on 13 jan i have done two recharge of rs 110 and 10 on my airtel number [protected] by ola money.and one recharge of 95 on other airtel number [protected]. But all three recharge not done till now and money is deducted from my olamoney account.my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and number is [protected]. Please check the matter and resolve it
