[Resolved] Ola Money — request for refund - my money got debited from the bank but was not credited to my ola money wallet

I have transfer 1200 rupees in to ola money from my bank hdfc bank account on 22.11.17 at 11-43 am and same debited from the bank but was not credited to my ola money so please initiate for refund the same in to my account.
