[Resolved] Ola Money — unable to transfer ola money which is needed very urgent | |||
I have 4320 inr in my ola account and i have tried to transfer it to my bank account but failed and says "ola money kyc disabled". I knew they have temporarily out of service. But all i need is i need my amount back to my bank account. It is urgent too. It says that the specific service is temporarily unavailable but what if we have to transfer the amount on very urgent need basis? Verified Support Dec 07, 2018 Ola Money Customer Care's response It is required to have your Full KYC processed, in order to avail bank transfer and Ola Money Wallet to Wallet transfer facility, additionally for increasing your wallet refill limit upto 1 lakh per month.
