Ola Money - Zipcash — ola due amount once paid still showing as due

I could not pay my ola ride amount as my debit card was deactivated. I paid it later using upi transaction (Rs. 172) and the due was all cleared. Again once the due was cleared i tried booking cab, it was showing as rs.121 due balance and was not allowing to book cabs.
I tried contacting their customer care but there was no response. I am getting automated calls, telling legal action will be taken, from ola every single day. I am not using ola from past 2 months and planning not to use this app or suggest this to anyone ever again.
Please help solve this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching screenshots for the payment made below.
