Ola Money - Zipcash Complaints & Reviews

Driver has forcefully took cash from me a giant the ride conduct on 4/9/2022..

But the auto debit amount has done once ride is completed..

So i need refund immediately..

please close my ola money postpaid (link with number [protected]), there is some unknown transaction happening every month which I didn't approved of. so please close the account, I have already payed all my dues (basically I paid something for the purchase that I didn't do) ....

Hello please increase my limit in ola money I can’t add money in my wallet...

My name Ambedkar geddam my ola account postpaid service to be deactivated, because when contacting ola drivers they are asking wheather ola money or cash, if we tell ola money that are cancelling the trip.we are getting very much problem reg this. so kindly deactivate my ola post paid...

I could not pay my ola ride amount as my debit card was deactivated. I paid it later using upi transaction (Rs. 172) and the due was all cleared. Again once the due was cleared i tried booking cab, it was showing as rs.121 due balance and was not allowing to book cabs.
I tried contacting their customer care but there was no response. I am getting automated calls, telling legal action will be taken, from ola every single day. I am...

I have paid the amount to the auto driver but my account shows it as due. It is due for 3 rides since 5th march. The auto driver told he will sort it off and asked me to pay the amount to him. Plz solve this issue because i am not able to book any cab or auto as it shows its due. I get 20 calls per day regarding this issue by ola. Plz do it as soon as possible....

I didn't done any wrong but my ola account was blocked. Even though i asked them to let me know the reason they r saying internal policies.
If so they denoted my cash will be contacted to zip cash. Zip cash send me the message that it will resolve in 2 days.
Here 1 week crossed but no response from them. Even though i tried to reach thrm but no use....

I had added money yesterday in my ola money account. It showing to reduce the amount or try after 3 days. I read the ola's whole document there where no such statement that customer can only transfer money after 3 days. I called to ola money customer care and the executive name is pawan, he was telling that my account has blocked for security reason for stopping fraudulent activity.
I had not got any call from ola to ask for fraudulent...

A fraud transaction made by mobile no. [protected] through zip cash debited to ola money for an amount of rs.10000/- on 04.10.2017 at 16.05 hrs. A complaint was registered to cyber crime police, visakhapatnam, ap. This is for information & necessary action please.

Sir i am a student & my family are very poor. My father was received a call from any lady. She asked about our bank account details like atm card number.& she told that yours atm was blocked if you are not change your number. So we all have fear about our money. Then we shared the atm card number to the lady sir please help my family my college fees are already pending. Sir please please help me....

Today (12/09/17) one person phone to my wife saying that your ac no [protected] at sbi has been freezed and your debit card no is needed for regularization of your account. Fraud person took the debit card no and called five times and also took the otp no and debited rs 9999 five times and came to knew from bank message that all the above said money has been transfered to ola zip cashs.
I therefore request you to look in the matter...

Hello. Today, early morning my father recieved a fraud call from a man designated himself to be a bank employee mr. Deepak sharma from kurla, mumbai called my father from number [protected]. Asked my father to provide him with the otp that he recieved on his phone or else his account will be blocked as it is not linked to aadhar card. He convinced my father and he provided him with the otp and the transactions-

Fraudulent deduction of inr 4999 had been made from my savings account towards fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zip cash txn#[protected].
Kindly cancel the transaction so that i can get my money back.. Kindly help to resolve the issue and arrange refund asap. Need help.

A fraudulent deduction of inr 5000 and 400 had been made from my savings account today towards (Fraud) purchase on
Pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected] and pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

Kindly cancel the transaction so that i can get money back. It seems to be happened at mumbai. Kindly help to resolve the issue. Help....
