Ola Services — Paid cash after trip and after 05 days receiving a message for pending bills

Hi, I'm sravanthi from hyderabad. I had Ola Auto trip on 14 sep 2021 at 6.12PM. CRN [protected] driver Hanumanthu. And another trip on 17 sep 2021 7.25AM CRN [protected] driver balkoti naik. after completing the trip I paid cash for both the trips. Everytime I only pay cash because Ola auto drivers always ask cash payments. Otherwise they will not take the trip even after reaching the pick up point. For the said trip I paid in cash and after 05 days I receive a message saying pending bills of 138/-. How come I have a pending bills after I had given in cash. I see drivers are Mischievous and want to get the money for themselves or Ola is unable to organise the app and drivers properly. I won't be doing double payments for the same. I want Ola to check with drivers because no driver will go off just like that without payment clearance. It is disgusting that the long term customers like me are cheated in this way. I want the false pending dues in my Ola account should be cleared and I want an explanation why this false pending bills are happened in my case.otherwise, in future I may not be opting the services of Ola and I will suggest the same to my family and friends.
