I booked a car service on 23 june 2019 crn [protected]. Driver name is deepak kumar. Another service was booked vide crn [protected]. Driver name surjeet kumar.in both cases drivers not only refused to reach the pickup point despite repeated calls but they cancelled the ride on their own. They also insisted to enquire about drop place. Got delayed and missed important appointments due to this outrageous and discourteous services. Ola needs to ponder on such issues and improve their service before it becomes too late for people to discourteously reject ola service.
